Carbon Ultralight

Is the Carbon Ultralight Rollator really the lightest rollator in the world?

Yes, Carbon Ultralight is the world’s lightest rollator. With 4,8 kg for the fully assembled rollator, this is the only rollator with 4-wheels made for adults (size Medium) that weighs this little.

Lightweight exclusive materials such as carbon fiber frames and aluminum folding cross and handle bars allows the rollator to reach its position as the lightest available rollator in the category.

Why do the handles look different than traditional rollators

The handles on the Carbon Ultralight Rollator are turned in the opposite direction as traditional rollators.

This provides a better posture while walking as you can pull the rollator closer to your body and walk upright.

Fun fact: Our idea when designing the handles was that besides being ergonomic, they also had to make you feel good and safe. We therefore formed them in a way so it feels like you are holding someone else’s hand when grabbing on to them.

Can I adjust the handles to fit my height?

Yes, you can. We have replaced the traditional knob with a push button, so the handles can easily be adjusted with just a push of a button. The handles can be adjusted in 30 mm increments from 790 mm to 910 mm.

Will the Carbon Ultralight Rollator fit in the trunk of my car?

The Carbon Ultralight Rollator folds flat and is only 25 cm wide when folded. It can easily be lifted into the trunk of a car and we have yet to encounter a trunk that is has not fit into.

The folded measures for the rollator is: 66 x 25 x 80 cm.

Where are the brake cables?

The brakes cables are hidden inside the frame. It is one of the details we’re most proud of. And if you ask us, it is much more than a ‘detail’ – it is at the core of the sleek design of the Carbon Ultralight.

When the cables are hidden inside the frame the expression of the rollator instantly becomes more light and simple – and you avoid the cables getting caught on things.

What's in the box

Carbon Ultralight

Aesthetic and functional design that makes you want to keep moving!

Your rollator is an important companion and we have focused on designing a rollator that is both beautiful to look at and functional.
We have designed a rollator that you WANT to walk with. Not just something you need.

Why weight matters

Stairs, curbs, and everyday obstacles are easily conquered.

With a weight of only 4,8 kg rather than the standard 8 kg, you’ll find it’s easy to lift the rollator up and down stairs, in and out of busses, and over curbs.

Oh, and let’s not forget to mention that it has never been easier to lift a rollator in and out of your car.

Climbing hills and smaller gradients will be smooth and hassle-free as you won’t have to push a heavy rollator in front of you.

Shock-absorption and soft wheels

Whether you’re strolling down the streets to enjoy a walk, do some shopping or going to a dinner date it’s important that the ride is comfortable

The soft PU tires offer almost the same comfortable experience as pneumatic tires.

Along with the shock-absorbing carbon frame, Carbon Ultralight provides maximal driving comfort even on irregular sidewalks.

Enjoy a rest while taking in the view

The comfortable built-in seat offers a convenient on-the-go seat for short rests.

For a life on the move, convenience is everything! The Carbon Ultralight easily folds for transportation or storage. When folded it only measures 25 cm in width.

Whether you’re hopping on a bus, driving somewhere, or going through narrow doorways it only takes a soft lift with two fingers in the cut-out on the seat to fold the rollator.

Upright posture

The Carbon Ultralight is designed together with a physiotherapist to support an upright posture.

With the forward-facing handles, you can pull the rollator close to your body and enjoy a straightened back and a posture that puts minimal pressure on your shoulders, neck, and back.

Easily adjustable handles

We’ve replaced the traditional knob with an easy push-button to quickly adjust the height of the handles.

There are 5 height settings with 3 cm increments so you can easily find the height that suits you.

Brakes

The brake cables on the Carbon Ultralight are hidden inside the frame. This adds to the clean, sleek, and stylish design.

It also has the huge benefit of not causing you to get stuck on things on your walks. No more getting caught on bushes, parked bikes, or other things.

The brakes are easily activated. A small pull upwards while you walk and a downwards pull to activate the parking brake if you need a little rest on your way.

Driving abilities and prevention of unintended falls

Carbon Ultralight’s driving abilities are superb, and we guarantee a comfortable walk with effortless maneuvering.

The unique design and forward-facing handles support an upright posture, as the rollator can be drawn close to the body and provide support where you need it the most.

You’ll experience more control and better balance. Combined with the low weight and excellent shock absorption from the frame and wheels you can walk comfortably, effortlessly, and without using that much strength.

The Carbon Ultralight provides great balance. It provides you with smooth maneuvering and easy turning for a one-of-a-kind ride.

However, should you lean too much on it while trying to turn instantly it will resist the rapid turn, so you won’t experience any unintended trips or falls.

An outdoor rollator that also works well indoors

We’ve designed the Carbon Ultralight to be the perfect companion for urban strolls on sidewalks, gravel roads, and cobblestones.

The built-in curb lifter lets you handle higher curbs and doorsteps.

And you won’t have to worry about getting stuck on bikes, bushes, or other obstacles on your way since we’ve hidden the brake cables inside the frame.

All though we’ve primarily designed the Carbon Ultralight for outdoor adventures it also works well indoors where it easily glides over doorsteps and fits through standard-size doorways.

Built to last

The Carbon Ultralight is built to last – no matter how much and where you use it.

By using the best materials on the market it will be as good in 5 years as it is when you receive it.

The frame is made of ultralight carbon fiber, which is 5 times stronger than steel.

The metal parts are made of strong aircraft-grade aluminum.

Allergy certified

We want you to have fun and safe experiences with your rollator.

To protect your skin, we have selected hypoallergenic materials for the parts that you will be in close contact with.

We have asked the independent and accredited test institute Tüv to conduct biological testing of handles, brakes, and seat to document the safety.

These parts have gone through vigorous testing for cytotoxicity, irritation, and sensitization and we are proud to offer you a rollator that is allergy-friendly.
