Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns in the following regions – customers in these areas must arrange their own return shipping: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Mexico.
Test it – but please save the original packaging
You’re welcome to test the rollator all you want during the 30-day trial. Just make sure it’s returned in its original packaging and in a condition fit for resale.
This means that the rollator must show no signs of scratches or other marks from usage, the seat remains unstained and the wheels wiped clean from dirt.
We will not accept the return of any non-standard products, i.e. products modified to the customer’s request.

It doesn’t just perform superbly on rough terrain but also in urban terrain on cobblestone, dirt paths, and grass.
It will especially perform well on uneven sidewalks and on roads with a lot of irregularities as well as curbs, which are easily forced.
